Canada and the US partner up again...

Each year in Toronto, at our Canadian Exhibition that runs for 2 weeks, we display a specular air show, thousands and thousands come from all over the province and the US to see various aircraft's and their magnificent stunts and speeds. This dynamic air show last for 4 hours for three days.

I live near our airport, and can see and hear them the entire time, their speed and noise is just an awesome time of the year.

Canada has the renowned aerial icons The Canadian Forces 'Snowbirds.

but this year we have included The U.S. Navy 'Blue Angels' who are stunning aerial icons of the world.

    2009 CIAS Line-Up:

    Canadian Forces' Snowbirds
    Canada's Aerial Icons

    U.S. Navy Blue Angels
An AWESOME 6-ship, F/A-18 Hornet formation jet team and Fat Albert, the Blues' C-130.

A fantastic demo featuring outrageous bi-plane aerobatics and LOTS of smoke

The Horsemen - presented by ASB TV
A thrilling, loud, 3-ship aerobatic display by the audience-favourite warbird, the P-51 Mustang

    CF-18 Hornet
A fighter jet bursting with Canadian Centennial of Flight pride

    F/A-22 Raptor
The United States Air Forces' fifth-generation fighter aircraft with an incredible demonstration of air superiority

Russell Air Group MK IX Spitfire
A fast, vintage warbird sure to thrill you with its speed and aerial manouevres

Red Bull's star air racer flying an unforgettable "edgy, crisp and aggressive" aerobatics routine

    F-16 Viper East
Another outstanding USAF aircraft - "30,000 lbs of thrust that can fly at speeds in excess of Mach 2"

    Hawk One - F-86 Sabre
Vintage Wings of Canada's F-86 Sabre flying in celebration of 100 years of powered flight in Canada; scheduled to be piloted by famed Canadian Astronaut Chris Hadfield

The Canadian Forces' powered and agile Search and Rescue Chopper

Canadian Centennial of Flight Heritage Flight

CF-18 Hornet, Centennaire Tutor, Hawk One

    U.S. Heritage Flight

    F/A-22 Raptor, F-16 Viper, P-51 Mustang

    Royal Canadian Air Cadets

Featuring the Bellanca Scout Tow Plane and the Schweizer 2-33 Glider

    Amazing aerobatics in the Cap-580

Sounds extremely cool. I love a good airshow, I took some pics at my local one in june. They're in my profile.

I saw the Blue Angels once when they did a tour over here, they were flying F4Js at the time so it must have been like a hundred years ago..

The Red Arrows did a North American tour a year or so ago, and I remembered they did a big show in Canada, I thought it was the one you mentioned, turns out when I checked, it was Quebec!

I'll have to check your profile, as I am so into aircraft, especially our F-16's the power and the sound of those is something to be seen and heard.

I have never seen the Blue Angels, so looking forward to it.

The red arrows are awesome thanks for the video!

This one is where we go and sit to watch them at Pearson Airport....its right up close, we watch them taxi onto the runway, take off and then return from the show......best spot to see and hear them.
