The whole trip round the baths turned up treasures like that - an afternoon well spent.

Just looked up whilst we were cruising down the Grand Union and there he was, almost as large as life

My wife worried that I was about to try negotiating Poultney Weir and that we wouldn't survive the experience - the ducks have a certain advantage.
It's a beautiful setting that I don't think Bath makes enough of.

I loved the last photo as it looked like a dragon walking across the hill. Cool.

Strangest thing - one moment it was two trees on the ridge and the next it was a dragon striding by.

Love it, especially the 3 arched bridge.
Kind of fairy tale-ish. Looks like a nice place to be.

There are places on the web for those who buy your photos to cover up a period of time they don't want people to know about. I was offered money for my european trip. It's people who want to tell family members they have been somewhere and need to back it up, or those who have been missing in action for awhile...prison etc. Dates are good to have on the pics .
Just a thought:)
I must admit it is not something I'd considered :-3

Poultney Bridge.
It is, apparently, one of only four in the world lined with shops on both sides. Built on 1770 to link Bath to Bathampton it was certainly an impressive sight.
