So you know when they say some things are too good to be true? (no I don't mean the Danish) and it's usually correct? Hmmmm I just realised why my ex wanted the CSA kept out of the picture. and other things.

Is there no level of depth this man will go to?

The mind boggles

Not fun so much . Just trying to get back into normal life.

The stupid idots Odie were a group of tourists from Melbourne who came to our pub last saturday week to cause trouble . And they did. It's always the out of towners that do this. It's a long story *sigh*

Basically we all were having a good time watching the grandfinal (all the locals were there more than usual because the pub has new people riunning it and it's a good local pub to be at now) Anyway they start a fight with a young local lad and the lads father gets him out of the pub and onto home .....all's good .....but then the person who started the trouble came out of the pub to coax the lad back. The father goes up to this guy and tells him it's all over and to go on his way too. Then all hell breaks lose and the father gets jumped. Something very interesting here ..............he ended up with a few broken ribs and lots of bruising to the head . (this is sounding like violence from melbourne pubs, the injuries I mean) So the police come and escort the pub bus with the trouble makers in it to where they were staying. Meanwhile the pub shut down, my friend and I and other locals are still in the pub and all the trouble makers are outside and dispersing. Then we get the pub bus back to my friends house. He says "*** and her son wants us to stop into her place" . So we walk down to the house and enter the garage expecting to find this old lady and her son and friends there ......Nope, guess who was partying still ,and at the ladies house? yep you guessed it, the trouble makers from the pub .....(turned out two of them were her grand children with their mates from Melbourne) We decide to make a hasty retreat after telling the neighbours who were also there what these kids did at hte pub. They begin to leave and so did we. I turned to look at all of them and noticed a bloke passed out on a bed ....and he wasn't looking too good . I asked them if their friend was okay and they said "yeah he's just sleeping" ....I look again and say "my arse he's sleeping he's unconscious" and he was turning a funny colour. a bluey grey kind of colour. I immediately went over to him and turned him on his side next thing I know I was covered in what I later found out was twelve Yaeger shots on top of all the other alcohol previously drunk during the day. He was choking on his own vomit and they were just going to leave him . ...........................So, I'm covered in vomit but he's okay then one of the drunk blokes in a drunken stupor says "get away from him you bitch" then my friend says to him "OI! She's just trying to help your mate" ....next thing I didn't see him. About six of them jumped him and began to assault him about the head area. ....**** I was angry !!! Ihad this guys head in my lap and making sure he stopped the gurgling noise and I can't help my friend from being assaulted. And only one of those guys was helping me to save his friend ...Only one!!! We cleaned him up while my friend was getting assaulted. God it all happened so quick. One of them took control after a bit and dragged my friend out from under these barstards . I was assured by the guy who helped me that he'd take care of the lad who was unconscious. So we go home being asked ....no pleaded with...." Don't tell my nana because she's old and will get upset." The $%&*^($#@^$#* audacity of this young punk!!!!!!!! And to top it all off one of them says to us You ********** arseholes we have to call an ambulance because such n such's jaw is broke. OMFG!!! ...I thought to myself That'll be nothing after what you've just done sunshine . ....Poor things do not know who they just assaulted. Local knowledge sometimes is a very valuable thing and these young punks didn't have a clue.

Moving forward to Monday . The old lady comes to visit because apparently one of the mothers of the lads sees a message on his facebook page about how they were escorted by police from the pub and wants to know hwat the hell has happened. On top of that the father of the boy who was in a fight with them at the pub rings her to tell her that he can't shear for the next six weeks because her grandsons and their friends broke a few of his ribs. (that's his bread and butter, it's shearing time around here and he's the main shearer.)

So, the lady comes over and wants to know the truth about what happened. She was so upset and teary, and we were trying to comfort her . She vowed never to have those boys down to her house again. And how sorry she was and how her son will go through them like a ton of bricks, and how embarrassed she was about it all.

I can garrantee that if those boys value their lives they won't step foot in this town again

I started smoking very young and am the only one In my entire family who does.

I have smoked 40 to 60 a day but around 10 years ago I was rushed to hospital with a

Pulmonary embolism. Any-way my high density lung scans came back on parr with a non smoker yet my sister who never had one cigg In her life died of cancer !!! Now where Is the sense In that ??

Since my husband became so Ill, I have to smoke outside the house so If you want me, I will be on the patio:wah:

hmmm 'see myself as being sick' ...should be easy to accept that because I've been trying to shake of this bloody flu for weeks now.

I tend to do that everytime I give up (put myself to bed) I always tend to get stuck on the forth and fifth days. That's always when the tension begins.

Because I don't drink anymore I'm not around people who smoke now. I've been putting my body through some major withdrawals lately. i'm not sleeping at night and can hardly keep my eyes open during the day. Tis not good.

oh dear...maybe now is not a good time to try fuzz,,, you should maybe wait till you are feeling better in body and in mind,,, you are and have been going through a lot of stuff so why heap more stress and tension on yourself right now,,, give yourself a break, forget about it and promise yourself you will review in say 6 months time :)

Nah Kaz I was thinking about doing all this when all the crap was over but ...really if I'm going to feel like crap anyway then I might as well bunch it all together and get it ALL out of the way . And I have to admit i do feel better for not drinking . when I give up smoking I always have to give up drinking as well because of those pesky amino acids.

and I'm lucky I have km's of paddocks surrounding me, I've used them a couple of times to scream my guts out. ALL'S good!!!:)

I forgot to mention, going cold turkey is the worst thing to do to kick a bad habit, have you thought about using the gum or patch?

I think it's cool you're going for it. But then again I think a lot of the things you've done lately are good things.
I expressly forbid the use of any of my posts anywhere outside of FG (with the exception of the incredibly witty 'get a room already' )posted recently.

well that how i did it,:), also you cant stop on patches etc for ever can you,, so there does come a point eventually where you have to do it on your own,,, in my opinion patches etc is just putting off doing it yourself, and admitting before you even start that you cant do it , or at least not on your own. Its probably just down to personal choice i suppose though.

Good luck Fuzzy, and dont worry if you slip,,, you know you are goping to get there eventually:)

SON OF A BITCH!!!!!! I'm the one being targeted and then he tries to turn it around that I'm doing something wrong. GGGGRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!

So apparently my children (according to the new girlfriend) are "at risk" and apparently according to my ex I'm not a "fit and proper person" to hold a firearms lisence.????? Of course this is all untrue but apparently that's what is being said. When confronted with this he tells me that I'm breaching an order and threatens me with an IVO.... WTF?

I think someone did the big panic that I had found out what was being said.

Oh and get this apparently my family will back him up because they've told him these things in the past. .......How angry do you think members of my family are right now?

GGGGRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!

Email to me. (27th of sept) The orders stipulate that there is no access on the weekend of the 29th October (as per your request on the date of court owing to ******* play commitments. ) As ******* is not in the play, I'm happy to book that weekend in if you agree.

So he's known since the 27th of september that he'll be having the boys on the 29th of OCt.

Okay So he begins arranging with the boys ...NOT ME....... of pick up times etc. (I'm just to do as he says btw) . I'm constantly asking the man not to make arrangements through the children, because it only confuses things. If he had of contacted me instead of the boys this would have been cleared up very quickly. But he doesn't, in fact he's hell bent on controlling all communication

email from me.

The boys follow the usual pattern of pick up and drop off or they don't go I can't rearrange my life to suit your own

So then he cracks the **its

Court orders state that my next time with the boys is Friday 19th November as the coming weekend was specifically excluded. Therefore I will get them from ********* on Friday the 19th November as there is no agreement to the contrary and you have failed to agree to me getting them directly from cricket on Saturday.

IF there is no agreement to the contrary how can I have not agreed about the pick up time? And doesn't it prove that he knew he was having the boys? He constantly arranges things through the boys and not through the proper channels then says there is no agreement.

Interesting set of words here ...."You failed to agree"

BTW all this came about because of the previous post.

Okay I admit it I'm fricken confused. I need some advice here.

got some good advice today ...kinda funny but sad ...if my ex doesn't want to communicate with me then he must not be sure of the divorce....apparently that's how men work things. ...his behaviour is as such that he can't look me in the eye and say ...it's all over ..he has to do it around other avenues. because if he has anything to do with me it will mean he might break down and confess..and his pride won't allow him to do this. So he has others that will do it for him .

It's really weird he won't confront me . he won't have anything at all to do with me ......why? Others say he still loves me . And still want's me. So why won't he tell me this himself? In fact he won't tell me anything . why won't he tell me that he doesn't want me anymore and say it to my face? why does he need solicitors to do it for him?

that just sucks in my opinion.

I've had the same done to me.

I think if they keep it up for long enough, you'll be the one to tell them to F off.

Then they are absovlved of being the bad guy.

That's nothing in the final orders he's changed the date of seperation by a whole year AGAIN!!!! This I'm told is to rewrite history . So instead of 2008 where the police were called and the kids and I ended up in emergency accommadtion and he swamped me with threatening emails etc etc. He's changed it to 2009 when I came back but really didn't come back Just testing the waters whilst still paying rent etc at the other house i was in, so it looks like I'm the bad guy for asking him to leave because he didn't live up to his promises. (and to this day I still do not have the truth about our marital finances.AND it will look like that all that has been done has happened during the 'marriage' and not applicable when bringing up threats after the seperation......Aint he a darling? ......not. So that's being changed absolutley.

Oh, it also might be because he's taken a dive in paying the true amount of child support ...he's taken the "post seperation payment" option which lasts for three years in which no overtime or benefits count in the assessment to how much he pays. If he changes the date to 2009 he gets another year of not having to pay the proper amount .
