Apparently someone wants to buy an English football club called Manchester United. From http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/4242161.stm we see:

"The board of Man Utd is expected to meet early this week to

discuss the latest proposal from the US tycoon that values the

club at £800m ($1.5bn)"

I'm amazed.

I'm amazed.Malcolm Glazer, an American tycoon owns the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. There is, believe it or not an Irishman involved too JP McManus
