All unregulated, unscheduled, private, and unrecorded sex should be illegal!

If you disagree, you are promoting the removal of evidence of potential rape, meaning that you support the legalization of rape!

After the participants have finished their sex, the video recordings of it should be sent to become available to the general public for analysis purposes. As a bonus, this arrangement would also replace the porn industry with a public domain of free recordings of consensual and ethical sex.

Is the rapist responsible for bringing the camera and turning it on?

I'm thinking if this becomes law a person committing rape is already breaking the law, whats to stop them from not recording their crime?

Anyone caught roaming the streets without a camera would be arrested for suspicion with the intent to rape?. Though with today's cell phones many rapists may slip through the cracks.
