In the article they reckoned the dog had been there over-night. Only enough room for it to stand on it's hind legs only, and when rescued the poor animal had difficulty walking, consequently. I doubt that the owners will be traced, but if they are they should be banned from owning any animal for the rest of their lives. Inhuman savages. Well done the man who investigated the crying noise further.

I have never understood how anyone can be cruel to animals. I can understand kids with worms and spiders and the like, but not adults and especially with warm red-blooded animals.
