That's how many people die on the roads of Russia. Between bad roads, weather an almost complete disdain for the rules of the road and in some cases downright stupidity you get figures like that.

This video is graphic, not bloody but still disturbing. It's a rescue operation. Someone had a head on collision with a big rig, a six year old and the father died. A 1 year old and the mother survived.

I'm not complaining about the rules of the road here in America anymore.
