I am hoping to visit Iowa next year, my daughter lives there, I thought it was a quiet backwater.

If you watch the chase videos, it wasn't as cut and dried as just stopping the guy.

But six shots fired rapidly into the cab of the truck seems a bit over the top.

Suppose everybody suspects everybody else is going to shoot them, it's a sorry state of affairs indeed.

The video certainly makes that kid appear awfully dangerous behind a wheel. The video I viewed didn't show what happened after the cop exited his car and what occurred in order to cause him to shoot the kid, but any excuse would most likely be a tough sell to me.

There's no question everyone was buzzing pretty good from the adventure.
