judge julian hall who jailed window cleaner keith fenn for just 2 years for raping a 10 year old girl has had another child sex case refered to the court of appeal.

the latest controvosy involves a 17 year old youth who recived a 3 year supervision order for sexualy abusing 2 young children.

judge hall sitting at oxford crown court decided not to jail the youth as he did not consider him sufficiently dangerous.

solicitor general for england and wales vera baird said an intrested party has asked for the sentence to be reviewed.

last year the court of appeal doubled fenns term to 4 years saying that the original sentence imposed was unduly leinent.

after the time spent on remand was taken in to account fenn stood to be released in just 8 weeks from being jailed.

this is an outrage and judge hall should be removed from the bench and made to hand in his wig.

the idea that someone who rapes a 10 year old girl should only spend 12 months in prison is just obscene.

and to add insult to injury by giving a 17 year old lad a 3 year supervision order

for sexualy abusing 2 young children sends out a dangerous message to pedophiles.

thank christ there is someone with sense to refer this case to the court of appeal

and hopefully they will put this pervert behind bars where he belongs

of course the bleedig hearts brigade will be wringing their hands and bleating well he's already been sentenced.

yes he's been sentenced but sentenced by a judge who is not fit to sentence him or any other criminal in the courts.

i've said this many times and will keep on saying it,

there must be no shelter or hiding place for pedophiles they must be remorslesly hunted down and punished to the full extent of the law.

may this beast be locked up for many years to come and be spat at abused and generally kicked from one end of the prison to the other.

it would be no less than he deserves.

Grumpy I could not agree more but you are missing the obvious point which is that all high court judges are paedophiles which is why all sentences against paedophiles are never more than a slap on the wrist.
