Seedlings dont only need to be misted, they alsc need to be watered. Also make sure your soil isnt too loose.Whatever direction they flop over in turn the little potd around in the other direction towards the light source.

If you are VERY careful, you can try staking them, use twigs if you have them
or even toothpicks. Be very gentle, and don't tie anything to the plant itself,
just use twist ties, attach one end to the toothpick and bend the other so it's
like an "arm" around the stem of the plant.
Also, kinda sounds like your light source might be too far away from the
seedlings, is there a way to move the seedlings a little closer? Be careful
though and don't go TOO close, or the seedlings might burn...

Its normal for the seeds to be on the top. They will fall off. When the second set of leaves develope.. the seedlings will not be so limp.
