Thuja Green Giant sounds too good to be true

I planted 12 of these trees last spring. They are dong wonderful! Wow! Love this tree! Okay...they turned a bronze (looked brown to me...but the plant lady said it was "bronze") this winter. However, they are coming right out of the bronze phase...looking wonderful! I would recommend this tree highly. They are supposed to only bronze over for the first 3 years or so.

I think the standing water site is a bad idea though. Nothing (that I know of) likes standing water. Soil must be well drained for all things to grow.
