Mod flash dancing is a thing that started a couple of years ago where in a crowded place a group of people would suddenly break into a structured dance, then finish and blend back into a crowd. On youtube if you search mob dancing you will see many such events like the one I posted below. In this context, the teachers had all prepared this in advanced and did the unexpected performace.. therefore it is a mob flash dance...

They have a cell phone commercial it a train station based on something like this. Only the guy whips off his coat and starts dancing crazy. Then his phone beeps and he has a message that it's been moved to a different time.
