Any interest out there to start a book club forum? We could all read the same book and discuss. I don't read nearly enough and this just might be the catalyst I need.

We could start with Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy - easy, quick, and probably a re-read for many.

I love this idea. We tried once before to get one going, but nothing ever came of it. As soon as I'm back to work and the budget allows buying the required reading, I'd be happy to join in.

That's cute....

I am aware of my library, but when I find a book I love, I have to own it. Thanks for the tip, though. :yh_eyebro

Good idea.

Keep intending to read HGG although I still haven't.

I don't mind long books. We could discuss a few chapters at a time, treating it like a TV series. We could speculate about what might happen & see who's right later.

If you all are going to buy a book to read, why not buy one of mine? :-6

I'm new here to Forum Garden, so don't feel right pushing myself on you all. But just couldn't resist.

So are we going to talk about this for the next few months or are we going to decide on a book. I've read the aboves but it's probably been ??? years and I wouldn't mind going again.
