You have to be able to do that as a matter of course to be a solo in Victoria. Victorian Solos are supposed to be the best int he world. Level 9 licenses . I think Germany as well. One thing they didn't test in that video was keeping the bike upright for two minutes whilst stationery without putting your feet on the ground.
