Is anyone a Paula Deen fan?

I'll admit some of her food makes my mouth water.

I like the way she can create an entire meal with butter as the main ingredient:D
I expressly forbid the use of any of my posts anywhere outside of FG (with the exception of the incredibly witty 'get a room already' )posted recently.

Here is a link to her website;

Paula Deen's The Lady and Sons Restaurant - Savannah, Georgia

Her restaurant in Savannah is famous. I have not had the pleasure of dining there yet.

Guy Fieri on "Diners, drive-ins and dives" is great. He makes me full just watching him eat. :wah:

Paul Deen is cool. But she has the worst apple pie sold at Wal-mart with her name on it. :yh_sick Paid $7.50 for her pie and couldn't even eat it. It was that bad. :(

Oh, I love Guy...He is such a cool guy. I watched him competing for his own show on Food Network. Didn't like him at first, now I love watching his shows.

Too bad about Paula's pie...bummer. Her restaurant is soooo crowded that you have to go over early in the morning and reserve for a later time and then go back:wah:

I get turned off by a cooking show that cannot go a full 30 minutes without backing a dump truck into the kitchen and unloading roughly 200 tons of whipped cream sitting on top of a chocolate cake only to serve as prelude for the converted concrete mixing rig that dispenses liquid chocolate down the chute.

The preparation of the I.V. desert bags just adds to my nausea.
