Thank you dear, Just to add for those interested, 2nd degree burns, no surgery required, the pains not bad, and the dressing is annoying the hell out of me already :wah:

Thanks Chez, will take about 3 to 4 weeks to heal

Molly is fine, their scabbing over but the cold weather is making them painful and as the blisters are bursting she is sore but she is in the land of nod and oblivious to all right now:D

Touch wood, only ever had little burns, but boy do they hurt!

Thank you to everyone for there kind thoughts, I just had my first wash since I burned myself and everything went succesfully, didnt wet the wound at all

But the itch is driving me crazy at the moment, that just means its starting to heal already, I was lucky, it could have been much worse than it was. Glad to hear your daughter is sleeping well Chezzie, makes the time when the aggrevation is at its height go faster :wah:

Kath, what am I going to do with a truck load of food, wow, how big did you think my stomach is :wah::wah::wah:

Good advise Mrs K, BUT THE TEMPTATION, it is really starting to drive me mad, but somehow I will cope, cant scratch anyway, I have a bandage over the arm, so it wouldnt help anyway :wah:

How are things up in the bush?

Oh My God, I'm so sorry to hear about your burns. That must be a real bummer. You have my thoughts and prayers for your recovery. Hang in there, okay ? The burns will heal (in time.) Till then, hang in there.
