how to i turn off email notifications?

i keep getting emails telling me people replied to stuff i posted and i want to turn it off. i have everything in my options unchecked so i dont know why im getting emails.

If you click on settings (left hand side, bottom green bar at the top of the page) then on the left is a user control panel. select Edit Options. There you will find the facility to shut them off. You may have to (as I did ) delete the subscribed threads (In settings also)

Yes. That won't change any older threads you're already subscribed to. You'll have to edit or delete those subscriptions. I still get the odd email notification from threads people dredge up.

ETA: I notice you've only posted to one thread besides this one. The next time you post there, check your subscription options before you hit submit.
