I had swordfish in Portugal, man thats nice fish.

Hubs had Shark and he loved it.

I just dont get people saying that. My Hubby goes diving & brings fresh scallops up from the sea. Tasteless they are, its only when you add something to them that they are acceptable imo.

All the divers go nuts over them, i think its because they know how expensive they are & hence they think its something special to get them free. If they taste so good why are they always cooked in a sauce?

lol..I disagree I found them very flavoursome and moreish. we had them seared and served with buttery pasta...lush

Fuzzy Wuzzy I grew up fishing right off the piers here in San Diego. My dad would take us out every weekend early Saturday and Sunday morning we loved it. Back then pier fishing was great here. When it wasn't your could shallow dive and get Lobsters by the dozens... !! HOPE YOU CATCH IS GREAT..!! :-6
