Police officer was directing traffic . . . .

Post by cars »

So anyway, yesterday I drove passed a road repair crew, and directing traffic there was a town police officer that oddly enough had a long long beard that would have made the ZZ Top guys jealous!!!

I always thought that police officers were not allowed to wear long long beards. As they might get in the way. This is the first one I've ever seen here.

So do Police officers wear long long beards where you live?

No.

The dress code and appearance requirements depends on that particular departments policy and will vary from agency to agency.

Are you certain he wasn't an employee of a private firm? That's been on the rise.
