Anybody speak Italian?

Post by BabyRider »

Hey gang, I've been looking for a way to translate some Italian text into English, any suggestions? I've been on Google looking, but every translator seems to be expensive.

My dad has a model he wants to build and when he opened it the instructions are partially in Italian. I'd hate to have him pay for a translator that he's only going to use once for such a small amount of text. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would love to help you BR but unfortunately I know less Italian than I do Spanish. Do you not have any friends or neighbours that speak the language or maybe you could go to the Library and borrow a dictionary in both languages, its fine for translating words but not sentences. Sorry I cant help.

Go to babelfish, punch it in for free, it is pretty accurate.

When you look at Googles main page, next to the search bar on the right handside it says "language tools" click there and you will get a free translation service!

Hope this helps.

I was going to advise using babel fish at

babelfish.altavista.com/

but I see Chonsigirl has already beaten me to it!

You can translate blocks of language and choose which language you want to translate from and to! Its good fun as you can learn to swear in foreign languages too! hehe :wah:
