Has anyone here booked with Luxury Escapes?

A few weeks ago, I decided I needed a break more than anything. Work and school stress had been piling up, and I kept seeing these dreamy ads for Luxury Escapes deals — Maldives, Bali, even hidden European resorts that looked unreal. I finally gave in and started browsing properly. The deal I found looked almost too good: a 5-night “luxury resort escape” with extras like spa credit and airport pickup included.
The website layout was clean, the photos were amazing, and the booking steps felt straightforward. But then I started second-guessing myself. I began wondering things like: Is this actually what the hotel looks like? Are all the inclusions really guaranteed? What if I arrive and something is missing?
That’s when I went down a bit and read reviews and experiences from other travelers. I saw a mix — some people said everything was flawless and even better than expected, while others mentioned issues with communication or misunderstandings about what was included. That honestly made me even more unsure what to expect.
Now I’m stuck in that annoying in-between stage where I’ve found something I want, but I’m not fully confident yet.
Has anyone here actually booked with Luxury Escapes recently — and did it feel as seamless as they promise, or did you run into surprises?
