You shouldn't post the entire article - it's a copyright violation. Post the first couple of paragraphs and a link to the rest.
Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.

Do you really need fixed width font?
Wouldn't it have to be one of the fonts that the FG system allows or you just wouldn't be able to do it unless it was in an attachment?

Bill ~
Sorry for the knee-jerk response. I am an artist, and I take intellectual property concepts seriously. However, I should not have assumed that you were violating copyright - I have no idea what you're wanting to post and it could very well be original work. So, my apologies, and I'll stay out of this hereafter because I haven't the technical knowledge you need.

it is not necessarily copyright infringement to post an entire article. fair-use applies in many cases. it's considered polite to provide a link back to the original.

How do I post an article using a fixed-width font?
So, here's some text in a variable width font.
123456789
abcdefghij
klmnopqrst
uvwxyz
you'll note above that if you look 'down' column six, the letters aren't aligned - the 'f' and 'p' are slightly off, as is the 'z'.
here's some text in a fixed-width font:
123456789
abcdefghij
klmnopqrst
uvwxyz
and if you look down column six above, you'll note that 'f' 'p' and 'z' are all exactly lined up beneath the '6'.
The font i used for the fixed-width is "fixedsys' - just click on the down arrow on the selector box.
To post the article in a fixed with, cut and paste it into the text box, highlight and select all of it, then change to the fixedsys font.
this assumes you're using the enhanced editor, which is the only way to fly in my opinion.
