TruthandJarbage is a place to respectfully and tastefully talk about/expose religious jarbage. Religious jarbage are words, cliches, catch phrases that are popular among the "religious" community, yet can't be found in the Bible or has been taken completely out of context. Such as "Come to the church of XYZ to get/hear a fresh move/word of/from God." My question is, is there a such thing as a stale word from....GOD? or "Child, I'm just gonna plead the blood of Jesus..." Things that the "religious" community say/do to sound holy or spiritual. Things that have been long since done with no real truth or reasoning will be discussed here.

I am not, nor is TruthandJarbage anti-GOD, anti-Christ or anti-Church; I am for the most part anti-religious jarbage. I believe in Jehovah God and His Son Jesus Christ. I believe the Bible is the infallible word of GOD. I however do believe that people use it and twist it for many unGODLY reasons. And I know that sometimes that is also done in ignorance.

What I've come to know is that because one has a degree doesn't necessarily make him the best authority on a subject or the most factual or the most truthful. Just look at the different between the apostles of Jesus and the learned "religious" leaders.

So here at TruthandJarbage, you will find the truth, unadulterated...as best I know it. I reserve the right to correct and change my view when I'm proven and shown that I was wrong in my thinking.

I will not be 'slapping/touching someone or my neighbor'. Jesus nor the Apostles had to resort to any of those tactics or any type of bufoonery to get the attention of those they were teaching...did they...hum? Did Jesus 'hoop' His sermons? Did He sell prayer cloths?

I will always point you to READ, READ, READ the Bible for yourselves! The way all of this twisted mess keeps going on in churches is because we have been told to trust the "man/woman" of GOD. We have feared or trusted them more than we have feared and trusted (reverenced) God. Mark 11:22 states "and Jesus answering them said 'have faith in GOD.'"

I welcome your thoughts and comments. I welcome serious discussion on other topics as well.
