Dutch magazine 'Nieuwe Revu' was including an unusual freebie with its latest issue - two marijuana seeds in a small plastic bag.

Although Holland tolerates the sale of small amounts of the drug in coffee bars, both are technically illegal :driving:

I grew up in the 60's and 70's so its not news to me. Thank God it's not an alcohol sample though. Our town is the worst place in America for drunk driving. A guy just got his 14th DWI yesterday.
