If they are a trinity it would be 300% but I'd want the person to walk on water to prove it.

If something is measurable it can't be more than 100%

When people say they give 110% of effort, I guess they're saying that they feel they have gone over and above whatever the 'norm' is...in these terms It's just a figure of speech... IMO

How? I mean How??? You can only ever have 100% can't you? I mean surely you can't give 300%?

Has this always gone on. If someone says they are giiving anything over 100% I'd feel very dubious about hearing that.
