Times have changed and although TOTPs was brilliant in it's day, it's past it's 'sell buy date'...I like the variety you can get on Sky and some of the videos are brilliant.

The format needs to go back to its roots - however, if it's being axed, this
obviously won't happen! I wonder when was the last time that performers
were "live", instead of just miming - the '70s?

The programme was immortalised in the classic Mott The Hoople song "Saturday Gigs"

Sky, pah. You can get a good PVR for GBP 100, and use Freeview, or Freesat!

I get that problem here, theres a bloody great granite hotel in the way of my signal! I paid out for a Sky Digibox and Dish and get freeview through that (I had to talk sweetly to the hotel manager to get my dish put up on the hotel though!).
