Try lots of cool liquids! I think anything you get in the summer just

seems even worse than winter, somehow.

I always take Goldenseal and drink LOTS of water. No caffine, no sugar. No meat either, fruits and veggies. It will detox you, get rid of whatever is making you sick!

You still need to take it easy a little since your resistance is still down. Glad you are feeling better though.:-6
