Definitely saucy... I had my profile opened up in my office and that was there when one of my employees came in to chat... I hope they didn't think I was on a saucy website or somethin'. :wah:

My daughter does carpentry too. It has not worked out well for her since her boss dont do her right. She dont get paid for work untio they actually get to the job site. They spend half a day buying material and loading tools etc then driving to the site which might be thirty miles. Then she gets paid $10 per hour. Not much pay for like a half a day. Union carpenters get very good pay. I have a brother inlaw who is a union carpenter. He does have to pay dues but well worth it.

My grandson just started working for a shotblasting service at $12 but will go to $14 soon and likely in one year will make foreman and get $24. But for right now he and his gang are working in California so get prevailing wage which is $34 with time and a half for Saturday work and double time for Sunday. I dont think they will work much weekends. He is in Costa Mesa right now, near Huntington Beach.

That is a coincidence too. MY grandson left here to go to Utah to work for a month and they had to go to Southern Calfornia to work for a while. He is on Costa Mesa now.
