Can anyone explain to me what the difference is between a regular game (ps2) and a uk pal version? :-2

btw......shadow hearts 2 uk release is march 11! YAAAAAAAAAY!!!

Thanks so much! I get a few of my games from amazon, and as I'm fairly new to the uk market (previous US) I noticed that alot of the prices went up when 'original uk pal version' was mentioned. I had no idea what that meant. Thanks again!
