Im sure its hard having boobies. I was just saying..............on second thought maybe I should stop saying stuff.

I just meant boobies are nice. Aside from the woman. If you could have just the boobies and not the woman Im not so sure they would be as interesting. So you need the whole woman. And that includes the brain I guess. Is that a good thing ? Im not sure. :wah:

So to all you with large busts, do you find this to be true? mine are more like mosquito bites so i cant really commentApart from the groping, yes.

It's so annoying that men look at your breasts before your eyes and bloody rude!

In the salon yesterday (was too mad at the time to post, sorry) anyway we have a small salon & everyone has to take turns covering posts where they can, so im on reception 6 - 9 on wednesday night & in comes a customer for an eyebrow wax, Donna the beauty therapist has a client & she is applying a fake bake whole body tan so i tell the client she wont be long & to take a seat, i offer her coffee or wine & a magazine.

10 mins passes & still she is waiting, the customer looks over to me & says she has to pick up her daughter from dancing class soon & how much bloody longer does she have to wait. I apologize & state that fake bake is not something that can be rushed & am sure she wont be much longer, customer then says - well you could get off your ass & bang on the door, i dont have all bloody day. I do my best to explain that even if i was to bang on the door it would make no difference to the time it takes to apply & that Donna is very good at her job & if it took extra time to do your eyebrows she would take extra time as she is doing with this fake bake. Customer now explodes & tells me im a ****ing idiot for not being able to take bookings & ensure they are kept to the allocated time. (i dident take the booking but thats irrelevant as i would have booked it as it was booked) Donna now appears & the customer turns into snow white - WTF

Donna explains the service is going on longer than she expected & will be with her as soon as possible & goes back to her client as the customer although agitated seems ok, as soon as Donna leaves the customer looks directly at me & says - all you bloody receptionists are the same, its a wonder you have jobs at all, your all incompetant

guess what, unaware to her, she's only booked in with me for a haircut next week, wonder how she will feel about receptionists then :sneaky:

People all im saying is - dont give the receptionist a hard time, they are there to help you as far as possible, therapists & hairdressers, nail techs cannot guarantee an exact time, we dont always know who, what or how long is walking in the door until its there :(

this one hairdresser that I worked with has huge bosoms and one of the actors, conveniently located at chest height when in the chair was always staring at her cleavage...she wore low cut tops. I felt the guy was helplessly sucked into the vision.

anyway,

one day she grabbed his head and shoved it into her chest saying "There! Why don't you get a better look!"

:wah:

she shouldn't have done that :)

for those that dont know 'its an old woman dressing like a young woman' on the whole most thought it was sad

problem here as i see it is where do you draw the line? im 40 & whilst clothes shopping im looking at items i really like & thinking - am i too old for that?

i suppose if im thinking it then i probably am

your thoughts on the whole 'mutton dressed as lamb issue' please

It depends what you are looking at, buttercup. Some fashions you just know are for teens, and some are generic and can be for all.

Oh, I wonder if I am a "mutton" then, I still wear blue jeans........

I get teased from my sister-in-law (who is only 2 years younger than me) That I dress like an old lady...which I don't...just don't wear what "kids these days wear"...I'm very plain Jane and not into wearing the fads...I'm almost 40 (next July) and I like to stay in the "looking like I'm still 30" category.

I believe a womans build has alot to do with what she can get away with for styles of clothes as well. I have a friend who is in her early 50's, has 3 grown daughters and they all can wear the same size clothes (petite) And, she can get away with it...very modest dress, but really cute at the same time.

Nope. Trouble is we like our comfies don't we!

I love sexy underwear but actually have a really hard job finding the right fit, I'm a bit of an obscure size!

Isn't it usually US who do most of the wedding planning? I had no problem with it. Rick did help with the thank yous after..he wrote to "his" friends and family..I wrote to mine.

As for the baby thing..I think when some women see thier peers having babies, they feel the pressure....and the biological clock (ok, at 30 they have a good 20-25 more child bearing years, technically, but I think most women want the children when they are younger.

Nightmare is putting it mildly Bryn. My wife & I were beside ourselves with worry, & had sympathetic pain for our Daughter. Our SIL had no idea/clue as to the seriousness of the whole situation, he was so happy getting his "BOY".

Because of that near death experience, our daughter will not consider having any more children!

There is being blinkered and there is total insensativity. That must have put a real strain on the family even after your daughter's recovery.

I can understand her reluctance - especially if there is *any* chance of the same problem recurring.

In the salon today ................ We discussed how women become overweight, the majority of women in this discussion were overweight & none of us could pinpoint when it started. Most of us had children & yet had gone back to our origional figure after the births, all of us noted that we were so busy raising children the weight creeping on was not a big deal or that noticable, none of us really thought we were 'big girls' suddenly one day you look in the mirror & think WTF, when did that happen?

Is this laziness, not caring about yourself very much or just part of being a mum?

I think a person's metabolism can slow down as they get older.

I probably should be fat but I burn calories faster than I can consume them. If that ever changes I won't fit in my chair within a week! :-3

Also in the salon today.................. We had a client arrive with what looked like a rabbit skin scarf, i asked her if it was & she said yes, she also said i note your wearing leather shoes so if you throw a bucket of red paint over me i'll kick your head in for being a hypocrite, a bit aggressive, but fair point?
