Childhood Items

Does anyone have anything they have kept since their childhood? I have yearbooks, graduation cap and gown, class ring, several pictures....and thats about it. I wondered about others so thought I would ask.

I have a whole bunch of frogs. My sister bought me my first one when I was very, very young...everyone kept adding to them over the years. Last I counted I had over 200 frogs. Yikes!! They are sooo cute though!

my nan gave me her teddies when i was born she got them the day she was born i have them on my wardrobe they nearly 80 years old.

yes my collection of pendelfin rabbits, my book beauty and the beast, my class ring, my high school year books. Hmmm that is about it.

I have sooo many things I don't know where to start!

I have a list of women's names and gifts that is from the baby shower

given to my Mom when she was going to have ME!!

I have a little name tag with stars and bird stickers on it that is from

kindergarten.

I have a birthday card from my 1st birthday.

I have my electric trains, and pictures of me in "feet pj's" playing with

them the first Christmas I got them... probably circa 1957 or so.

I have locks of hair cut from the mane of my first horse.

Rocking horse vase from the flowers my aunt gave my Mom when Mom was

in the hospital having me!!

The first Christmas ornament I ever made, maybe kindergarten or 1st.

grade.

Lots more, thankfully, I'm the sentimental sort!!

my favorite stuffed bunny that my mom ruined when she threw it in the dryer

a journal that we did in kindergarten which is full of misspellings. Really embarrassing now since I consider myself to be an excellent speller

Wow, there is a bunch of sentimental types in here....I wish I had more! Maybe I do and my mother just hasn't given them to me yet.

I plan on saving a lot of stuff for my daugher through the years. She'll have a lot of things to show her kids someday.

a couple of items of clothing including a t-shirt i had when i was about 9, can still fit in it!

the wierd thing is im not actually a hoarder, ive thrown an awful lot of stuff away and really dont have that much left, most of my belongings are from years ago i dont tend to keep the stuff i get now, half of it doesnt seem to mean as much
