what's really amazing is the feeling that I've forgotten something. You know how you pick up your purse and smokes and go? well i'm not picking up smokes so I keep thinking I dont' have everything I need .....That's driving me nuts more than not having a smoke.
Did quite well until Pete rung. "I've got a really bad 'fatal' here I'm going to be a couple of hours late, I don't want to come home straight afterwards, I'll meet you up at the road we'll go to the Pub."
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!! Not the Pub anywhere but the Pub!!!!
Ended up having four smokes with the beers . I normally give away the drink when I give up smoking. The reason being I associate the two as hand in hand.
So it's back to square one this morning. Pete relised this morning what he'd made me do and apologised and of course said thanks but he's off to Melbourne today so he'll be out of the firing line. For a bit.
Awww, Magenta....good for you for the day...I understand completely the pub situation, that would've been SO me. I tested myself with a bar, but not for a month until after I quit...Tell Pete, I've got a big stick with his name on it !!

Good luck quitting mag....its one day at a time....the last time i quit i didnt smoke for a long time...guess where i started back at? church....alot of ladies were standing behind the church smoking and one of them offered me one....i didnt want to be rude....:yh_bigsmi
