Stuff That Amazes You

What are some things in the world that you find cool or intriguing? Things you've seen or things you want to see?

Here's one of mine. The history of the Great Wall of China baffles me. The wall itself isn't that striking (from pictures anyway) except of course in length but the history of it makes my mind wander. I'd like to stand on it for myself and see how it feels.

So would I Red! I've always wanted to see the great wall, then my son tells me the other day, that he's been asked to supervise a party of kids, to there in July............&*()$£%&&*^+! And he's going here as well...

I bet that's vexing that you aren't going!! That link was great. That ALL those figures are life size makes them even more incredible.

Stonehenge always fascinated me and I got to see it a few years ago! :-6
