If anyone still thinks my neck of the woods is a good idea I have seen my friend tonight who lives on a holiday park nearby (her partner is in charge of maintenance) and have been told that a long weekend in early September could be had dirt cheap (the manager lets staff have big discount for friends).

I did look at some of the parks in August but they are only booking full weeks at mega bucks.

I could make firmer enquiries if anyone is interested. But I don't mind if everyone wants to go somewhere else or at a different time.
