Can we go back to good times in the FG?

Post by weeder »

To me the good old days were 3 years ago, when we all were buddys, and Minks and I travelled to England to meet everyone. But, nothing ever stays the same. Life moves on. People come and go... It is just the way it is. Not only here, on FG but in our real lives, as well. So, you must enjoy what you have, and be excited by the possibility of coming across someones posts that inspire you, or move you, or teach you....... or make you laugh, or make you cry........

Most of the people from the time you speak of Weeder are still here, just quieter or only pop in from time to time. If you look at who exactly is missing never to return of those you liked - who are they? Probably not as many as you think.

EG - Far rider is still here but he only pops in from time to time. He was part of the old gang & much loved, i miss him but he's still here. Do you see what i mean?

On the whole i think its much healthier for people to be getting on with things in rl rather than stuck to a computer, dont you? Im sure there are many more laughs to be had & many new personalities will show up that we will adore

Maybe she'll show up again one day, that would be wonderful.

I remember.

I also remember the flak we got for wanting to be entrepreneurials. Exploiting Scot girls breasts for profit was apparently "bourgeois"

I still dont understand.

Minks has been posting....I don't think we need worry that she'll leave, she's just a busy lady.

it would be nice if Arnold popped in now and again to continue his double act with Uncle Kram....there were such fun times with their clever wit.

Im also enjoying it. I dont think people are sitting on the fence, ripping others apart's just not the style of most here. If you find it dull BTS we could direct you to some forums where ripping people apart at any given opportunity is a sport. :sneaky:

^ Bwahahahahaha!!!! :wah: Oh, you crack me up, Bill... Bwahahaha!!! *whew* *wipes tear* Oh that was a good one... :p

I hadn't realised that all the good times had gone... that there's nothing but sadness left in the garden... is ignorance truly blissful? Btw... where is Mary Ellen? I thought she was going to join us in the Springtime in Hell's Kitchen, Camden, St. Louis, Detroit... or Falujah... or wherever we were going to have that big get-together?

We'll have to wait for the next exit. We can stop for gas.
