In general, when a post says "The administrator has decided that (insert name) needs to be quiet for awhile" it means that the administrator has decided that (insert name) needs to be quiet for awhile.

Sorry to be so sarcastic about it but, do you really think asking this question was going to help anyone? The post didn't disappear it told you exactly what was going on.
