Unusual Occurrences

Post by neffy »

great thread,we have had things happen to us along those lines.Last year hubby was going through a rough patch with no work coming in (he is a self employed roofer) And we thought we would have to either go bankcrupt or take a huge loan out.

Well one night the the rang and it was from a customer who hubby had quoted mths ago and at a very good price,he for some reason he had another look at hubbies quote and for unknown reason he felt he had to ring up and give him the job, which was not the cheapest by far.

That after that set us up and hubbies buisness has gone fron strength to strength.I would like to think that my dad was looking down on us :)

My dog hurt himself on July 4th. He had a bone spur on his spine that was growing and was inoperable. He was not a dog that ever let you know he was in pain.

That morning he fell down the stairs and hurt his back. He could barely walk and could not get comfortable anywhere. But he had a smile in his eyes and would try to walk wherever I was sitting. I knew he was not going to come back this time.

We had to take him to the vet that day. I knew he was in pain and I couldn't stand it for him.

I have never had to do that before. All my babies always went on their own.

When the doctor said he was gone, all the dogs in the kennel started howling. There was a cat and a puppy in cages behind us and they started crying, too. It was weird and I felt like they were feeling our pain also.
