Good-night everyone, I am going to try to get some sleep. I am in for one hell of a rough day at work tomorrow, and I need to be somewhat rested. I could not sleep at all last night, so am wrecked already.

Ahhhhh, Good night Mike,

Sleep tight and have pleasant dreams. I usually take one or two Tylenol PM a half hour before I want to sleep...just takes the edge off and lets me sleep peacefully.
