Yes!!!!!!!!!
I moved into that house I posted about last spring, it is on the river and is rebuilt from the subfloor up, I love it, hardwood, and burber, and ceramic flooring, it was vacant for 5 full years, cleaned the yard and all appliances are new, the landlord fliped the house and then let it stand vacant as she has so many others rented, I found out who owned it and convinced her that renting it to me and my son would give her extra money(not that she needed it) she is a pharmacist at Henry Ford hospital, so when she found out I was a pharmacy tech, bingo, we hit it off and she rented me this incredible home for are you ready $500.00 a month.
all appliances I wish I had a webcam to show you. it is sooooooooooooooooo
beautiful. God surely blessed me and my son.

WOW IP, that is AWESOME!! I am very happy for you and your son! And a bit jealous. There is no such thing as a house for $500.00 in my area unless you don't mind sharing space with rats....
I would love to see pics!! Congratulations!!:-4:-4
