Working out at the gym, getting up in the morning, making coffee and something good to eat, maybe writing in my journal. Also the pedicures and manicures (I do my own toenails). And putting on lotion before I go to bed. Sometimes visits to the library to get the newest books.

For me, a simple shower does the trick. It not only cleanses my body, but seems to clear my mind as well and allows for fresh thoughts.

An occasional Full Body Massage works for me as well.

I drink two litres of water everyday...more as an excuse to get up from my desk, wonder round and have a pee than anything. My skin looks crap if I don't though, so I keep it up.

I have to wear make-up, even if it's only mascara, to face the world

a good face cream in the evening

lots of fresh air and exercise...after being stuck all day in an office without a window that opens I feel like I need letting off the lead, I crave trees, fields and streams. Failing that a two mile run usually puts my head in a better place

I have a fairly simple routine when it comes to personal grooming and rituals to feel good.

Wash face every night. Lotion in morning and night. Absolutely no make up, just lip balm. Showering, obviously, with good shampoo, conditioner and body soap, but nothing besides that. Exfoliating is a must to get all that dead skin off and create good blood flow. Other than that, I can't think of much else I do, except brush my teeth and basic hygiene like that!

As for other routines... I can't think of much I do in my life that I don't enjoy at least a little, so that's what keeps me feeling good. Whenever I hit a rough patch in life, I try to take the problem head on, figure it out and solve it. But I do rely heavily on meditation and yoga to start and end the day in the right way.
It is better to have your mind opened by wonder

than closed by belief.

You all have such healthy rituals!

Mine, you ask?

antidepressants

coming to fg (aka sitting on my butt in semi-solitude)

ciggies

wine

flavorful food

masturbation (haha, j/k)

occasional flick when concentration is optimal (when computer is on the fritz)

dreaming of the time when I will be divorced

Well, I do have some good rituals...

seeing my kids, sometimes communing with them

shopping for shoes

getting pedicure (but not both ped and man too expensive)

going to pilates

drinking water

engaging with little humanoids

saving on petroleum products

rearranging my furniture

cooking dinner @ 8pm

prayer when I can concentrate

I see my good ritual list is longer than my bad list :) that's one more for my good ritual list, encouraging myself by noticing i'm more positive than negative!!!

pahyy uitralus odeyrveby (unscramble the letters to read the closing :sneaky:)

Yeah, and the three in red above belong in the "good rituals" pile. :D

[EDIT] I recommend all three at once. [/EDIT]

Rather shocking, no? The reality of my life is stark sometimes, but not to worry.
