:yh_hugs Hello to one and all! I really enjoy the lively debates IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ve read here and look forward to making lots of friends.

As for me: I am American, almost 44 (just 26 more years to middle age!), and am into training Ã¢â‚¬“ especially leadership development. ThatÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s where my handle comes from. I firmly believe in holding myself accountable and helping others to hold themselves accountable.

you mention training.....we have to go to inservice training 4 times a year....it BITES!.but as they tell us,sweat here or bleed there. i hate it when they're right.
