awww hunni....yes shopping sounds great hun...what time you wanna meet? :wah:
Like right now !!! I'd expire if any of my menfolk actually wrote me a poem, I think. And if they stood there gazing into my eyes, I'd know it's just because I come out with something unbelievably spiral, logic wise. Having said that, I know my menfolk - while a bit short on the external trappings of romance - would leave a cricket match to rescue me if I've stupidly locked my keys in the car, would vacate a snug armchair to go out in the cold to buy me cheese when I felt like an evening snack, never let the cellar run out of champers, fix mechanical objects that bemuse me, etc etc.
And when it comes to shopping - they turn a blind eye to my little pecadilloes involving shoes - of which no girl can ever have enough....
So - Kinks - hows about we start with shoes....???
:sneaky:
This unromantic manfolk read my mind and has just bunged me some notes.... who needs poems?

Come on Hope!!! You're in, of course. I think Theia and Betty Boop are coming too - but they are shopping for cardigans, not shoes. .. designer cardies, naturally. I've just "borrowed" the FG MRF (moderators resettlement fund) Goldissimo Card... don't tell a soul - so we're all set! :sneaky:

Er... yup... meanwhile in Paris.....
Today - the top fashion houses are putting on a special showing for us Garden Goddesses!!! Then, it's to the spa of the stars... lunch in a colourful cafe chosen by my daughter who lives close by in the seedy but fascinating backstreets of Pigalle - then we grab a Velib and try to peddle straight (les flics are on our side and will keep cars, buses and other riders out of our wobbling way), to the Paris plage - they've made sandy beaches all along the river - the local boys are keeping us a good spot and will ply us with Berthillon ice cream.
