Thanks. When the surgeon said he'd have me in stitches, I was expecting his best joke :rolleyes:

Just went to have the stitches removed. The ones on the inside that I hadn't been able to allow the weight of my leg to lie on in bed, really hurt as they came out. I thought they might be infected, but the prob is that there has been a bleed inside and there is a big lump of congealed blood. They've had to apply another bandage (sticky.... hair remover type :-2 ) to put pressure on it. They said I might have overdone it!!!. God knows how. I hadn't been out until I was taken to Morrisons yesterday. If it's still painful on Wednesday, I've gotta see the Doc. The nurse said I shouldn't even consider going back to work before the 3 weeks is up. They're gonna love that. Probably think I'm doing the dying fly routine as it is. :rolleyes:
