I'm sure most of the FG ladies have worn something revealing at one time or another.

Were other females jealous/catty at that attire - yes

I think its a individual opinion on what is appropriate for the occasion. And if a female is wearing very little & a gown open to her navel - then some females won't find that appropriate.

Remember Jennifer Lopez at the Grammys - another gown open to the navel - she had to tape the dress - that picture was plastered on every magazine & paper. Did she wear that dress because she didn't have anything else to wear?

Or was it for the attention / publicity ?

Nomad's show host is a example of different culture

I really could care less what someone else wears - I'm concerned what I can get my a** into..

Snooze - love that dress

I mean, I guess in Italy they are playing up a stereotype: sex sells. I'm glad that we can have many different types of people on talk shows in the US from Rosie to Tyra Banks...as long as they have something to say, they have a platform to speak - it is pretty incredible.

And yeah - how do you talk to anyone in that outfit without them either checking you out or feeling uncomfortable?

I've been wondering what the Italian talk show is about... re- typical subjects they discuss or type of guest they invite on.

I see it as a style of show that some will watch and some will not. End of story. The producers either guessed their audience right or the show will be canceled. They hired a woman who is willing to dress the way the wardrobe designer dresses her and, if she didn't, they'd have found another model to do it.

She's just a model/actress. She makes a good living being beautiful and it's a short lived career so she'd better invest the money wisely. She's not breaking any laws. Far more insidious are the millions of adverts that we don't choose to watch but are subjected to 24/7. Advertisements are created to manipulate the public and have exhibited a lack of moral standards. This is just a talk show. Anyone tuning in is making that decision.

I would much rather look like Ms. David than Ms. O'Donnell but I don't hold it against either one of them that they don't look like me. I would much rather wear baggy sweaters and cargo pants than a few strips of fabric but I don't hold it against anyone if they have different taste in clothing. I'm actually far more offended by a baby blue polyester suit. If the Italian bird wore that outfit to a shopping mall, she'd be exhibiting poor social skills, but on a television program or public appearance related to her employment, she can walk around naked if she thinks it's worth the money.
