Since I did it with the turtles, may I have a quick go at the Maryland Code too?

Claim: In Maryland, it is illegal to sell condoms from vending machines with one exception: Prophylactics may be dispensed from a vending machine only 'in places where alcoholic beverages are sold for consumption on the premises.'

What Maryland law says is actually a lot funnier. The Maryland Code for Criminal Law, Title 10: Crimes against public health, conduct, and sensibilities, Subtitle 1: Crimes against public health and safety makes it illegal to sell any condom by vending machine which is nonlatex (Prohibited.- A person may not sell or offer for sale a nonlatex condom by means of a vending machine or other automatic device) with the further restriction that you can't "sell or offer for sale a contraceptive or a contraceptive device, whether or not advertised as a prophylactic, by means of a vending machine or other automatic device at a kindergarten, nursery school, or elementary or secondary school".

Why did they leave out churches too if they're going to be that improbable?

Spot, good morning to you ! What are you on matey?

Listen, chuck, you don't seem to be recovered from yesterday so I would suggest a lie down, particularly as it seems you have been awake most of the night !:-3

I may be wrong, but I suspect that most people reading this thread are not particularly concerned with the sale of condoms according to The Maryland Code !

You're so far off the mark... I spent a while chatting on msn, I got through 100 pages in a book about Charles Williams of whom I knew woefully little before I started this biography, I had a bath, cooked, made 5 phone calls, walked for fifty minutes across the downs and back and had a think. Quite when I'll sleep I don't know but I'll manage that too before tomorrow morning.

I just saw the timings on the Judas thread, you've been up most of the night haven't you.

Do you not need to sleep then? (serious question btw from someone with problems sleeping)

Most weeks there'll be two nights when I don't, I just use the time to read and write because lying awake in bed would annoy me. The other nights I usually sleep solidly for seven hours and then the alarm clock hits me. I'm not always like this though - it describes the last four months or so.
