Hi Hoss,

The membership also allows you to have storage of 4000 pms instead of the 5 that you have. Plus I think that Tombstone is a great guy and has created a santuary for us here at FG. I don't think $10 is a lot of money for this site....especially all the work that he puts into maintaining it.

How are you doing? Do mom and family come to visit you? Are you less lonely now....hope so:-6

Hi Hoss,

Wow. What a gorgeous picture!! I live in the barren desert so all that lush greenery looks incredible to me.

May I ask where you live? If you'd rather not or can't say I understand. I was just wondering where that beautiful land is.

It's good that you have a journal. I was going to suggest that earlier. I've been following this thread but every time I wanted to reply, I'd get called away.

I don't mind being alone but I do miss having another person to talk to or just the puttering around of another person in the house. Pets help a great deal and I find that leaving the tv or radio on helps quell the lonelies too.

I wanted to say how great I think it is that you aim to be a fireman. Well I know i'm supposed to say firefighter but I still say fireman or firewoman. When I was a kid I used to live next door to a fireman and I've just found out recently that an old friend of mine, a very petite woman, has been a firefighter for about two years. I can't tell you how much regard I have for them. People laugh at me because when I see a fireperson in uniform, my eyes water. :o Can't be helped, I am just so grateful for them and proud of all of them, even the ones I don't even know.

Very pretty picture of the scenery, more vegetation up there than in the southern deserts. Do you get lots of golden poppies in the spring?

Oh, I would like to see a picture. I miss the poppies, and the lupines we have in the foothills. My poppies did not grow this year back here in Baltimore, for the first time. I miss them.

I have some spring pictures but I can’t access part of the files. I'm trying different things to make it work. I sent an email to my sister; I know my dad sent her some pictures of the flowers, when she sends them back I will post them.

I'm so happy that you're enjoying the garden and gaining so much confidence. Your Dad is going to be so proud of you, and I know he already is......

How's the lonesome feelings going now? Bet you're too busy to think about it even though you miss your family so much.

Congrats on your high scores:p

I had a great day in church, and had some alone time this afternoon. I got offered a meal at my friends house (the one that has the sister I like) we had a good time there, then they went to another ministry and in the evening we met again and sat together for communion. I got to talk to my dad tonight too, he's well and he says to tell everybody howdy and gave me some advice about some stuff that was bugging me. I'm good, I really am. I'm ready to start Monday!

Thanks for being so concerned. My mom was going to try to log in from the farm and see all that I've posted here. I been telling her that you all have been helping me. She said to say hello and thank you all as well.

Thank you! Thank you!

Awwww, that's so sweet Hoss. I'm happy that you spoke with mom and dad tonight. Geeze, you're a lucky guy to have such a wonderful family:-6 Give your parents some big hugs from me tonight :yh_hugs:yh_hugs

~~~~~ and....what's this about a girl that you like?.......hummmmmm, tell us more:wah:~~~~~
