I still enjoy a good bowl of jellied eels when I can get them; in my opinion the best I had were from Tubby Isaacs's stall at the end of Brick Lane in Aldgate east, I don't know if it is still there.
Tubby is still plying his trade but he's now at the end of Goulston Street, about a hundred yards away.

ETA Watch out when you get to Commercial Street / Leman Street - they've just completely changed the roads and it's chaos.

The Good Samaritan is about a quarter mile from my flat - still full of nurses :-6
Whilst I was in the bedsit I used to walk up to the 24hour Bagel shop for a herring roll when I couldn't sleep - even at two in the morning I'd have to queue.

Traffic now comes off the Commercial Road to the White Hart and then two way along Whitechapple High Street onto Aldgate High Street. Commercial Street is straight through to Leman Street down Campbell Street and Barham Street is being pedestrianised.
The "Most Exciting Gallery in the World" is currently closed for refurbishment.

We need decorations and music. Any suggestions?

There's two figures visible, one for users without the moderator forums included and one for moderators that shows the additional posts. We're aiming at a million user posts, the moderator threads are an administrative overhead. Does that clear the puzzle up?

So why are the posts i can see higher than the ones Chez uses,,, and does that mean only the mods will know the true number of the posts:-3

No idea why they're that way round - I might try to puzzle it out sometime - but it's the user count you can see which matters.
