Ok another word us C.ockneys use quite abit is............poxy.......as in.....That poxy geezer is driving me mad or whatever the subject may be.It means.....well dunno:yh_rotfl...I tend to use it instead of the F word but can be heard in many Hoxton Pubs:D

In the West End it would be "that syphilitic reprobate". Same implication.
