Spokesman Justin Kerswell told The Grocer magazine: ‘Lidl is destroying the magic of Christmas by selling dead reindeer.

Surely they'd sell more extra lean lamb mince than reindeer? YES, NO ?
I don't know about you but there are times when it's that time of evening and you yearn for a fish finger sarnie or some cheese and crackers but I have never been half way through a film and turned to my better half saying ' ooooo I just fancy a moose leg don't you?'..... It's just not British or Normal is It ?

I still say deer jerky is the best jerky ever...I can have an entire deer made into jerky and snack me way to bliss...

They're not exactly native to the UK and why is it any worse than eating venison? We feed horses to our dogs and cows to themselves. We wear skinned cows on our feet shave sheep so we can wear their fleece - some people even skin sheep and wear them as coats - Just make sure the reindeer aren't from the radioactive herds.
HOW CAN YOU EAT LITTLE FLUFFY LAMBS YOU HORRIBLE HORRIBLE WOMAN. and you mince them in to little bits first.

I've heard that in China it's relatively common in some parts to find cats hanging upside down in markets, still alive, waiting to be purchased. They are skinned alive after they're purchased.

Then stop immersing yourself into this thread + I think a lot of people have had enough of threads being crapped on. I cannot speak for the thread starter, but it must be **** when your thread turns in to a crap discussion every time.

England Is a Nation of animal lovers. We don't take animal abuse lightly and as In the case of the mad woman who put a cat In a bin, people start forming lynch mobs. I am In no doubt that this lad handed himself Into police after he realised he had been caught on CCTV and his face was shown all over the news. The pathetic little coward probably didn't hand himself In out of a moral duty but more to escape the locals swinging him around by his testicles once he'd been Identified.... Coward !!!

I appreciate the replies, but if you're going to criticize members for thread drift, you may want to be sure to remain blameless in the interim. Just a suggestion. A good way to try and help a thread remain strictly on topic is to remain on topic yourself. Anyway, I enjoy reading the majority of your posts.
