I love to hear the rain when I'm in our caravan, it is soooo comforting to hear the drumming on the roof when you are tucked up warm and snug. Yes I sleep well when that happens!

Today, here in the Midlands of the UK, the sun is gorgeous. There are a few fluffy white clouds on the horizon, but it is certainly heralding Spring - I love Spring, when vegetation is rapidly turning green and Spring flowers are peeping through - crocus, daffodils etc. Daffodil growers are a bit disappointed that the long cold Winter has delayed the daffs so much. Their big selling for Mothering Sunday isn't possible with the daffs, so I expect they may feel the pinch this year, unless it picks up for Easter, and the daffs are in their prime for then.

Although the sun is bright, the temperature is a bit cool, although apparently it's normal, now, for the time of year. 10 C with a light but cool breeze.

I just love spring, everything starts to grow in my gardens, and we have had 4 days of straight rain, can't wait until it clears to see whats come up!:-6

It's only 43 now but it's gonna be a clear and sunny near 60 today. A great day to get out and poke around.

Well the day started nice and sunny, but has clouded over now (lunchtime UK), temp about 10 C/ 51 F, so a bit on the cool side - there is a gentle breeze. We've been warned there could be rain showers later.

but you have always had long hot humid summers, we used to, every year, the same thing, the past several years have been much cooler and alot of rain which I really like.

Today is beautiful. Mid 60's, sunny. Saturday, in the 30's with 80 % chance of rain/sleet/snow. Saturday looks like a good day to clean my apartment.

There was an over-night frost over a lot of UK, but at present it is nicely sunny, about 50 F, and there are clouds looming, so it will be throwing wet stuff at us fairly soon, I would think, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Uh Oh, it's clouding over and getting a bit dark now. Hubby's gone into town a while ago, so I hope he gets back before it tipples it down. At least the temp is a bit warmer than a couple of weeks ago! No he didn't take a rain coat - 'I'm not made of sugar !!!' Oh well, I've got towels ready :yh_rotfl Mind you he's got to take the dog out this afternoon, so I expect he'll get wet any way, then ! :rolleyes:

Wasn't too bad today. Hit 61ºF and partly sunny by noon. Just started lightly raining an hour ago. Suppose to see temperatures fall and a light dusting of snow overnight.
